OMAHA, Neb. -- Freshman drained six of Creighton's BIG EAST record 22 three-pointers to help the Bluejays head into the holiday break with a 110-60 victory over Division III Coe on Thursday.
Creighton, which entered the week leading the nation in three-point percentage at 44.8 percent, drained 22-of-37 shots from long-range to break the program and league record it set in 2014 in a win at No. 4 Villanova.
Creighton (8-4) returns to the court next Thursday at 7 p.m. when it hosts UMKC.
