OMAHA, Neb. – Baylor Scheierman, the 2022 Summit League Player of the Year, has announced he will transfer from South Dakota State to join the Creighton men's basketball program.
Scheierman has two years of collegiate eligibility remaining but has also applied for the 2022 NBA Draft. The early entry withdrawal deadline for underclassmen that wish to maintain their collegiate eligibility is June 1st.
"We are thrilled to add Baylor to our program," said Creighton head coach Greg McDermott. "His versatility and ability to score on all three levels will be a great addition to our roster.
