OMAHA, Neb. -- Creighton women's soccer junior Azumi Manriki earned 2023 All-BIG EAST Second Team honors, while senior Peighton Steffen claimed a spot on the All-BIG EAST Third Team, the league announced on Wednesday, Nov. 1.
In her second season with the Bluejays, Manriki finished with five total points, tying for third on the team with two goals while dishing out an additional assist. Manriki also paced the team and ranked sixth in the BIG EAST with 46 shots. She started each of the Bluejays' 18 contests, playing the second most minutes at 1,571.
