OMAHA, Neb. -- Creighton Volleyball senior Lydia Dimke has been named BIG EAST Offensive Player of the Week, league officials announced on Tuesday.
With the eyes of the college volleyball world focused on a top-notch event in Omaha, Dimke was named MVP of the Bluejay Invitational while helping Creighton to the title. Dimke hit .520 while averaging 9.67 assists, 2.44 digs, 1.56 kills, 1.00 blocks and 0.78 service aces per set.
