OMAHA, Neb. – Creighton women's Soccer Keelan Terrell has been named the BIG EAST Goalkeeper of the Week for the third time in her career, the league announced on Monday, September 18.
The Olathe, Kan. native was stellar in goal, helping the Bluejays to a 1-0 win over South Dakota State last Friday night in Omaha. Terrell registered her third shutout of the season collected two saves as the Bluejays defense held the Jackrabbits scoreless for the first time this season and to a season-low two shots on goal. SDSU came into Friday's match with a top-25 offense, ranking sixth in total assists, 13th in total points and 18thin total goals.
