COLORADO SPRINGS, Colorado – Creighton Basketball rising sophomore Ryan Kalkbrenner is one of 27 athletes who have accepted an invitation to attend the 2021 USA Basketball Men's U19 World Cup Team training camp. The athletes, age 19 years old or younger, will compete June 20-22 at TCU in hopes of being named to the 12-member team that will represent the USA at the 2021 FIBA U19 World Cup for Men. Also on the list is Millard North High School product and Gonzaga-bound Hunter Sallis.
Kalkbrenner averaged 5.9 points, 3.5 rebounds and 1.2 blocked shots per game last season in 31 games as a reserve for the Bluejays.
