Cancun, Mexico -- After the final game of action on Friday, November 25 the Creighton Women's Basketball team earned the Riviera Division championship. Creighton was the only team in the six-team to close play undefeated.
In addition to the team title, seniors Lauren Jensen and Morgan Maly were named to the All-Tournament team. Jensen collected the MVP nod, averaging 24 ppg in the two games. She guided Creighton to a 83-69 win over Michigan State with a career-high 32 points, while Maly delivered 26 in the win over the Spartans.
