St. Louis, Mo. -- Former women's soccer standout Brittney Neuman (2009-12) was honored on Thursday, Oct. 19th as she was named to the Missouri Valley Conference (MVC) 25-Year Team.
A four-year starter for the Bluejays, Neumann spent her first entire career battling in the MVC. She was a three-time All-MVC selection, earning the 2009 Freshman of the Year as well as the 2010 Player of the Year.
The 2017-18 season is a landmark one for the Missouri Valley Conference and for women's sports. To help celebrate the 45th anniversary of Title IX and the 25th anniversary of women's sports, the MVC named 25-Year Anniversary Teams for each of the Valley's sponsored women's sports.
