New York, N.Y. -- Junior Audrey Faber picked up the BIG EAST Player of the Week honor on Monday, Dec. 4 for the Iowa native's 34-point effort on Sunday to lift Creighton to a 108-100 win at Drake in quadruple overtime!
The junior scored a career-best 34 points, including 17 in bonus time, eclipsing the 1,000-career point mark, while adding six assists and four rebounds. Faber hit 50 percent of her shots from the field (11-22) and was a perfect 9-for-9 from the charity stripe. No freebies were bigger than the pair that came with one second left in the third overtime as Creighton trailed by two.
