Bryce Only had the game-winning, walk-off single that scored Thomas Luevano for the win.
Only was swarmed by teammates after his walk-off single. The team ended up in the left field after Only ran from them to avoid being sprayed by water bottles from his excited teammates.
“Any time you get an opportunity to get a victory, just like any guy in any other situation, you just go up there and try to put a good swing on it,” said Only. “We really wanted to build some momentum going into the weekend and we did that.”
