NEW YORK, N.Y. -- Creighton sophomore Brittany Witt has been named BIG EAST Defensive Player of the Week for the second time this fall. Witt was previously honored on September 12th.
Witt averaged 4.00 digs and 1.75 assists per set while helping Creighton win a pair of matches to open BIG EAST play. Witt also had two kills in as many attempts.
