Omaha, Neb. -- After delivering a career-high 14 points in Creighton's 115-62 win over Northern Iowa on Sunday, Bluejay redshirt freshman Brittany Harshaw claimed the BIG EAST Freshman of the Week honor on Monday, December 4.
In 12 minutes off the bench, Harshaw was a perfect 5-for-5 from the field, including a trio from three. The Kansas native also went 1-for-1 at the free throw line and snagged a rebound in the Bluejays' record-tying win over UNI, matching the program record for points scored in regulation with 115.
