Omaha, Neb. -- Despite 26 points from Khyri Thomas, the Creighton men's basketball team suffered a 90-86 defeat to Marquette on Saturday, Feb. 17.
The loss dropped the Bluejays to 19-8 on the season and 8-6 in BIG EAST play, while Marquette moved to 15-11 overall and 6-8 in conference action.
The Bluejays return to action on Tuesday, Feb. 20 as Creighton travels to Indianapolis for a matchup with the Butler Bulldogs at 6 pm (CT) on FS1.
