Hartford, Conn. -- Deadlocked at 31-31 with No. 15 Connecticut at the half, the 20th ranked Creighton Bluejays fell to the Huskies 73-53 on Monday, February 19.
The loss snapped the Bluejays 11-game win streak, moving Creighton to 21-4 on the season and 12-3 in BIG EAST action, while Connecticut climbed to 22-5 overall and 15-0 in conference play.
The Bluejays return to the hardwood on Saturday, February 24 as Creighton hosts Villanova at 11:00 a.m. on FOX in D.J. Sokol Arena.
