OMAHA, Neb. – Fresh off a ninth straight trip to the NCAA Tournament, Creighton Volleyball bolstered its Fall 2021 roster with the addition of High Point University standout Abby Bottomley.
A 5-foot-6 defensive specialist from Virginia Beach, Va., Bottomley will enroll at Creighton this fall as a grad transfer with one season of eligibility remaining.
Bottomley was an AVCA First Team All-Southeast Region performer for the Panthers and 2021 Big South Conference Spring Volleyball Player of the Year. She was a four-time First Team All-Big South Conference choice and won 19 different weekly honors in her career, not to mention Big South awards for Freshman of the Year (2017) and Scholar-Athlete of the Year (2019).
