Indianapolis, Ind. -- Junior gave Creighton and early 1-0 lead with a solo home in the first and the Bluejays plated five runs in the fifth as the Bluejays took the opening game of a doubleheader from Butler, 7-5, on Saturday, April 13.
The win moved the Bluejays to 19-7 on the season and 2-0 in BIG EAST play, while Butler fell to 17-15 overall and 1-4 in conference action.
The two squads are currently playing the final game of the series.
