OMAHA, Neb. -- Four Creighton pitchers danced around trouble all night long to help the Bluejays post a 3-2 victory over in-state rival Nebraska on Tuesday, March 29, in the first meeting between the programs since 2019.
Creighton improved to 12-7 with the victory, while Nebraska fell to 9-14.
Bluejay closer Tommy Steier worked out of jams in each of the final three innings to earn the three inning save on a night where the Bluejays had to work around an uncharacteristic five errors.
