Omaha, Neb. -- The Creighton Baseball team suffered a 3-0 defeat to Seton Hall on Sunday, May 6 to drop the series to the Pirates.
The loss moved the Bluejays to 26-15 on the season and 5-9 in BIG EAST action. Seton Hall, meanwhile, rose to 23-16-1 overall and 10-2 in conference action.
All of the scoring in the game came in the third inning as Seton Hall's Connor Hood was hit by a pitch, sacrificed to second, then scored on an RBI single from Tyler Shedler-McAvoy. Before the inning was over Al Molina blasted a two-run homer to left, giving the Pirates a 3-0 edge.
