Sugar Land, Texas - Led by another strong pitching performance, Creighton Baseball moved to 4-0 on the season with a 4-1 win over UTSA in the second game for both teams at the Sugar Land Classic on Saturday, February 24.
While the Bluejays moved to 4-0, UTSA fell to 3-4 on the season.
Freshman got the Bluejays rolling with a leadoff double in the third. The Omaha native moved to third via a sacrifice bunt from and scored on a wild pitch. followed with a solo home run to push Creighton out to a 2-0 lead.
