OMAHA, Neb. -- The Creighton Baseball team earned its seventh straight win, rallying from an early 3-0 hole to post a 5-3 victory over California at TD Ameritrade Park Omaha on Thursday, May 17th.
Bluejay ace threw 6.2 innings to improve to 10-1 on the season, while freshman first career homer keyed a four-run fifth inning that saw the Bluejays take the lead for good.
Creighton (33-15) and Cal (29-20) continue their series on Friday at 6:35 p.m. at TD Ameritrade Park Omaha in a game that will be televised nationally on CBS Sports Network.
