OMAHA, Neb. -- earned his 600th win at Creighton on Friday night as the Bluejay baseball team scored 11 times in its final two at bats to post an 11-2 win over The Citadel on a rainy night at Charles Schwab Field Omaha.
Trailing 2-0 at the seventh inning stretch, Creighton (13-7) sent 14 men to the plate to pull away from The Citadel (17-8). was called on to pinch hit and started the rally with a double down the third base line and scored CU's first run one out later on single and a throwing error on right fielder Ryan McCarthy.
