OMAHA, Neb. -- Creighton softball junior outfielder Ashley Cantu earned a spot on the 2019 All-BIG EAST First Team, while senior pitcher Laura Roecker and freshman first baseman Kiara Mills each claimed All-BIG EAST Second Team honors, the league announced on Wednesday afternoon.
Cantu's honor marked her second all-conference accolade as the Frisco, Texas native made the All-BIG EAST Second Team as a freshman in 2017.
