Providence, R.I. -- Led by a career-high 38 points from senior Jaylyn Agnew, the Creighton women's basketball team defeated Providence 77-68 on Saturday, Feb. 8th.
The win lifted the Bluejays to 15-8 on the season and 7-5 in BIG EAST action, while Providence fell to 11-14 overall and 1-11 in conference play.
Creighton returns to the hardwood on Friday, Feb. 14th in the Bluejays' annual Pink Game to support Breast Cancer Awareness. Creighton will battle St. John's in the contest, with a 7:00 pm tip, the game will be broadcast on FS2.
