The win, Creighton's 15th in a row, clinched a seventh consecutive 23-win season for the Bluejays.
Alyssa Sinnette and Symone Speech each had nine kills for the Hoyas.
Creighton hosts Villanova (15-12, 8-7 BIG EAST) on Sunday at 2:30 p.m.
