VILLANOVA, Pa. -- The No. 9 Creighton Volleyball team had its 31-match win streak in BIG EAST regular-season play snapped with a 3-0 loss at Villanova on Friday, Nov. 8. The setback was CU's first against a BIG EAST foe since a 3-0 loss at Villanova on November 17, 2017.
Scores of Friday's match were 25-22, 25-16, 25-20.
Jaela Zimmerman led the CU offense with 15 kills, one shy of her career-high, while Brittany Witt had 26 digs. Creighton had 39 kills and 22 attack errors in 127 swings to hit .
