CHICAGO, Ill. -- No. 22 Creighton scored on 11 of its first 12 possessions and never trailed in a 84-58 road win over DePaul on Tuesday evening at Wintrust Arena. The victory was CU's 19th consecutive over DePaul, setting a program record over one team.
Creighton improved to 12-4 on the year with its third straight win and is now 3-2 in BIG EAST play with a pair of road wins. DePaul fell to 3-12 overall and is winless in four league contests.
The Bluejays didn't waste any time jumping on the Blue Demons, as three different men scored as CU scored the game's first seven points.
