STORRS, Conn. -- The No. 15 Creighton Volleyball team posted its fourth straight sweep with a straight sets victory at Connecticut on Friday, Oct. 20th. Scores of the Bluejay victory were 25-12, 25-21, 25-13.
Creighton improved to 16-4 on the season and reaches the midway point of league play with a 7-2 record. UConn fell to 7-15 and 2-7 in BIG EAST action, snapping a two-match win streak.
Creighon hit .607 in the first set, compiling 17 kills on 28 errorless swings to set the tone in the match. Preseason BIG EAST Player of the Year Norah Sis made her return to the front row a success with five kills in 10 swings during the opener.
