MILWAUKEE, Wis. – No. 16 Marquette earned a share of the BIG EAST regular-season title with No. 11 Creighton Volleyball as the Golden Eagles swept the Bluejays (25-19, 25-19, 25-21) at the Al McGuire Center on Saturday night in Milwaukee, Wis.
Suffering their first loss in BIG EAST play, Creighton falls to 25-4 on the year and 17-1 in conference action, while Marquette improves to 25-2 overall and 17-1 in league play.
Sophomore had a match-high 16 kills and seniors and each added eight kills, while sophomore setter recorded her 17 double-double of the season with 33 assists and a team-high tying 10 digs.
