Missing star linebacker T.T. Barber, the Middle Tennessee Blue Raiders defense was unable to hang with the star-studded Western Michigan Broncos in the Bahamas Bowl, falling 45-31.
The Blue Raiders gave up 613 yards of total offense, including seven plays of 20+ yards, in the 14-point loss. WMU running back Jamauri Bogan carried the ball 19 times for 215 yards and four touchdowns, including three runs of 40+ yards.
