It’s starting to look like USF isn’t good this season. They’re bad. The Bulls are currently 1-3, and only have a couple more games where they might be favored to win.
USF only has one win since October 20th of last season. It was a FCS win. That’s good for 9 straight FBS losses. After a promising start under Charlie Strong, the program has seemed to unravel.
