The Ragin’ Cajuns decided to play a game that didn’t involve a plethora of points. With 37 total points scored, the 21-16 win over the Idaho Vandals was the first time the Cajuns have played a game this year that wasn’t a complete offensive free-for-all. The game was not won decisively by the Ragin’ Cajuns, they simply did just enough to fend off a stagnating Idaho team.
Idaho simply could not produce on the offensive side of the ball as they were only able to find pay dirt on one occasion. Three field goals by freshman Cade Coffey was simply not enough to hang in with the Ragin’ Cajuns.
