Wulff absolutely wrecked Washington State's football program, going 9-40 during his time in Pullman. Only four of those nine wins came during Pac 12 play. Before his time at Washington State, Wulff enjoyed moderate success at FCS powerhouse Eastern Washington where he went 53-40 with a couple of trips to the FCS semifinals.
