Who's New: Cedric Stone
Outlook: Georgia State loses a key contributor and part-time starter in Bruce Dukes. He spent a good chunk of time as the nickel corner last year. He finished with nine pass break-ups and an interception. He also set a school record by breaking up six passes against New Mexico this season.
The good news here is that the Panthers are returning their two main corners.
