On Saturday night, it was obvious which team came to play and which team didn’t. The Florida Atlantic Owls took the fight to a Middle Tennessee Blue Raiders team plagued with injuries, winning 38-20 in convincing fashion.
The FAU offense was lead by running back Devin Singletary, who rushed for 133 yards and four touchdowns, and quarterback Jason Driskel, who threw for 187 yards and a touchdown. The Owls were able to drive the ball all night and man handle a Blue Raider defense that was missing leaders Walter Brady and Mike Minter Jr.
