Columbus Crew SC is trading winger Justin Meram to Atlanta United for allocation money and a future MLS SuperDraft pick. The trade was first reported by Ives Galarcep of Soccer By Ives and more information was added by Doug Roberson of the Atlanta Journal-Constitution. The amount of allocation money or the details on the draft pick are currently unknown.
A Crew spokesperson did not immediately reply to a request for comment on this trade.
This marks the third move for Meram in just over a year. The veteran winger requested a trade from the Crew following the 2017 season.
