Merry Crewsmas, as we celebrate the start of the 2017 Major League Soccer season and a fresh start for Columbus Crew SC. It’s time to put 2016 behind us, right?
The Black & Gold open the new campaign at MAPFRE Stadium on Saturday at 2 p.m. against another team looking to put last year (well, the past few years, TBH) behind it as well, rival Chicago Fire.
The reality is that it’s all questions and best guesses to start the season, because who knows (and because this is MLS, where the expected is always a waste of breath).
