Gregg Berhalter promised a busy summer transfer window and it looks like Crew SC is trying to add some firepower after some reports link Columbus to Ecuadorian forward Jaime Ayoví. The out of favor Ayoví is also linked with Turkey's Trabzonspor. The 28 year old recently featured for the Ecuadorian national team during the Copa America Centrenario
Ayoví has 83 goals over nearly 250 games in his club career. The well travelled Ayoví broke through with Ecuadorian sides Emelec and Manta before moving to Mexico in 2010 with stops in Toluca for a year then moving to Pachuca.
