The Columbus Blue Jackets have plenty of free agents, as well as questions surrounding their president, general manager and head coach. It’s going to be a busy offseason for the team.

With their playoff run over, the Columbus Blue Jackets face an offseason of potentially significant roster changes.

General manager Jarmo Kekalainen gambled on his club during the February trade deadline. Rather than trade away unrestricted free agents Artemi Panarin and Sergei Bobrovsky, he retained them for a postseason run. He also parted with a passel of prospects and draft picks to acquire forwards Matt Duchene and Ryan Dzingel from the Ottawa Senators.
