Recap #17: Bad puck luck strikes again, Jackets lose 7th straight

Another valiant effort, and yet another one-goal loss, as the Columbus Blue Jackets fell 3-2 at home to the Arizona Coyotes. That’s 7 straight losses, and 11 of their last 12.

Damon Severson scored both CBJ goals, the first coming shortly after (yet another) failed power play, and the last coming in the final minutes, with the goalie pulled.

The dagger came in the third period, with a Logan Cooley PPG followed within a minute by a Lawson Crouse insurance goal scored off a bad Erik Gudbranson turnover behind the net.

Shot attempts: 85-52

Shots on goal: 41-32

The Fantilli line dominated again.
