Carlsson, 19, played 45 games with Linkoping (SHL) in 2015-16, his first full season at the senior level. He's slated to return for a second season with Linkoping this fall, which would be his fourth with the organization.
Via NHL.com: The camp will be held in Plymouth, Mich., from July 30 to Aug. 7, and include practices and games against the United States, Canada and Finland. The camp is the first step in picking the team that will play for Sweden at the 2017 IIHF World Junior Championship in Toronto and Montreal.
Tomas Monten will coach Sweden at the 2017 WJC.
