The Columbus Blue Jackets have hit the first rough stretch of the season. The last three games have been tough losses. In the incredibly challenging Metropolitan Division, a four game loosing streak is too much.
If the Jacket lose tonight against the Carolina Hurricanes it will be time to hit the panic button. Two losses to Metro opponents, three in the Eastern Conference is a lot of ground to give up. Sure, it’s only November and the Jackets won’t secure a spot this fall, but they can lose a spot.
Carolina right now is sitting at the bottom of the Metropolitan Division but they can turn it around and be a division contender.
