The Columbus Blue Jackets have one of the best defensive corps in the NHL in terms of talent alone. While the defensive ability of some of the players often comes into question that’s to be expected on team that relies mainly on offensive defensemen.
Zach Werenski, Seth Jones and Ryan Murray are the most respected on the blue line, Scott Harrington has been doing his job as the number six defenseman very well with little praise. He’s already set a career high in almost all offensive categories and games played.
