The Columbus Blue Jackets have been hit with a series of injuries to a few of their young studs. This past Friday in Chicago Lukas Sedlak left the game with an apparent lower body injury. Zach Werenski left Sunday’s game against the Capitals with an upper body injury after taking a hit from Alexander Ovechkin. Tom Reed of the Columbus Dispatch reported that Werenski is day-to-day and Sedlak is week-to-week.
To fill the gap and add some depth to the forward group, the Jackets have recalled 2014 first round pick Sonny Milano from Cleveland.
