Columbus Blue Jackets prospect Carson Meyer’s sophomore year at Miami University wasn’t what anyone wanted or expected. After a stellar freshman season with the Redhawks, Meyer’s performance plummeted last year and no one knew why.
That was until, during a normal bowel movement, Meyer discovered that he had a tapeworm inside of him leeching the life from him for months. The crazy story swept the hockey world and explained why his performance had dipped. Needless to say the season was a lot to handle but Meyer transferred and now gets a fresh start at Ohio State.
