It’s not like this should come as a surprise. The Columbus Blue Jackets will only appear twice on national television during the 2018-2019 season as announced by NBC Sports.
On Monday, February 18th the Jackets will host the Tampa Bay Lightning at 7:30pm. The second and final nationally televised game will come on Thursday, March 7th as the Jackets travel to Pittsburgh. The two matchups both will be broadcast on NBCSN.
This is twice as many games on national TV than last year for the Columbus Blue Jackets. Who can forget the classic rivalry matchup against the Buffalo Sabres last year.
