Columbus Blue Jackets Lunchtime Links: The Game 1 Blues

As you all know, unless you were under a rock, The Columbus Blue Jackets fell to the Pittsburgh Penguins in game one of the Stanley Cup Finals Wednesday evening. The score was 3-1 but the pain felt much worse with the Penguins notching their three goals all in the second period.

The first was dominated by the Jackets, outshooting the Pens 16-3 through the opening 20 minutes. The second was the exact opposite with the Penguins outshooting the Blue Jackets 16-4, three of them counting as goals. Phil Kessel was the main man for Pittsburgh, scoring one and assisting another.
