Columbus Blue Jackets Host Wild Card Chasing Philadelphia Flyers

The last two outings have been rough for the Columbus Blue Jackets. On Wednesday, they fell to the Toronto Maple Leafs 5-2 at home and lost Oliver Bjorkstrand due to vicious boarding penalty by Roman Polak. The next night, the Jackets fell 2-1 to the Washington Capitals despite Sergei Bobrovsky‘s 44 saves.

The Jackets need two points in Saturday’s game to keep pace with the Capitals and the Pittsburgh Penguins. Columbus is currently third in the Metropolitan Division, two points behind the Pens and three behind the Caps.
