Cannon Blasts: Checking in on some prospects

The Columbus Blue Jackets are bad now, so let’s look on the bright side with some updates on the top prospects:

First, 2019 seventh round pick Tyler Angle signed his entry level contract, effective beginning next season. He scored 67 points in 62 games with the Windsor Spitfires last season, but with the OHL indefinitely suspended, he joined the Cleveland Monsters this season on a tryout contract. He has impressed in a short amount of time with eight goals through eight games (four goals and four assists).

Another new addition to the Monsters is goaltender Daniil Tarasov, the third round pick in 2017.
