FORT COLLINS — These days, Kevin Nutt Jr. is just sticking to the work.
The Colorado State senior isn't taking setbacks as hard as he used to, whether they happen during a game or in practice.
They will happen at his position. It's natural. Now, so to is the full-blown effort to correct and improve.
It has helped the cornerback the past few years in his rise and fall in the lineup, something he had trouble coping with early. He was a backup who became a starter, who returned to being a backup heading into fall camp, only to start the first two games of the season.
