FORT COLLINS — The player Tom Hilbert recruited was extremely athletic and could jump at will.
It normally put Jessica Jackson at a point where few teams could get a block on her at Thomas Jefferson High School, but there also wasn't a ton of rhyme or reason to how the offense worked. Step one, shoot it out to Jackson. Step two, let her put it down.
The translation was it was going to require some work and polish at Colorado State, but no one involved expected the timing to take this long to come around, but it may be happening at the perfect time for the junior and the Rams.
